Our team of committed staff delivers the highest quality care to maintain the dignity, individuality, and privacy of all our residents.

Our focus is to provide residents with a comfortable home with a warm, caring, and inclusive atmosphere, whilst always being responsive to their individual and ever-changing needs.

Our residents and their families are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms, this is their personal space, and having familiar items provides reassurance and improves well-being.

Training – we have links with the local college and have successfully supported staff from NVQ2 through to NVQ5. We also subscribe to E-Learning resources where our staff have access to mandatory and other learning modules to ensure that we instill the highest standards of person-centered care in those who deliver our service.

Activities…….. Our dedicated team organise a wide range of social activities so that residents can enjoy their hobbies and interests, whilst feeling part of a friendly community. Our dedicated activities coordinator will hold resident meetings and spend 1-1 time with residents so that activities can be relevant and personal. A monthly calendar of activities is tailored including weekly minibus outings, weekly visits from local entertainers, seasonal activities such as making Christmas Decorations as well as attending the Home’s allotment where keen gardeners can enjoy planting and caring for the garden.

In addition, the Home’s are actively involved with Morecambe Football Club, Season Tickets are provided so that residents who choose to can continue to support their local team, Morecambe Community Sports visit weekly and engage in activities of residents’ choosing, spending 1;1 time if requested, doing things our residents enjoy.
